Virtual Organizing Fellowship
The campaign is proud to announce we are offering a Virtual Organizing Fellowship! This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a top-tier progressive state representative campaign. Fellows will gain exposure to all aspects of a political campaign, and will learn about exciting career opportunities in the political field.
Specific Responsibilities include:

Assist staff in organizing data entry, phone banks, research, and social media organizing

Assist with strategic planning for upcoming virtual events

Research policy proposals and relevant issues

Provide a positive experience to volunteers through a welcoming field and digital experience

Develop creative strategies to help reach voters virtually

Desired commitment of 10-hours per week
Qualifications:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment while handling a variety of responsibilities

Strong time management, and multitasking abilities

Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

Strong interpersonal skills for working with volunteers

Experience using social media, especially Instagram is preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive

Commitment to the election of Democratic women to the Massachusetts's State House

Previous campaign experience is welcomed but not required

Flexible hours are required for this position
This will be a remote position for at least the next two months. Applicants need access to the internet. We require a minimum 8-week commitment.
